  Pleasantly surprised by this Olive Garden restaurant. Had avoided this restaurant chain solely for the bad experience at the Arcadia location (bland food and dirty environment). But this Montebello restaurant is top notch. The staff provide excellent customer service. Lasagna and gluten free pasta were delicious.

  Anyone who's ever been to an Olive Garden knows that the food is pretty mediocre, especially for the prices. Of course, because this location is directly outside of a shopping mall, it's a zoo on Friday and Saturday nights. A wait of at least an hour is to be expected on those nights. As with most restaurants these days, there are a lot of younger inexperienced employees here so, don't expect stellar service or help. The restrooms here can get scary gross, because they clearly don't get cleaned often. Even during the busiest times.

  Food was horrible, there was lots of waiters and waitresses but they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We were a party of 8 for a 70th birthday and 2 of us sent our plates back because the food which was ravioli was so over cooked that it was hard has a rock. By the time we got our plates back which was about 35 minutes later everyone at the table had finished their meals. It was very awkward and I felt like I was trying to eat so fast. On top of that, it looked like they just removed the hard ravioli and sent back the same plate with a lot less ravioli. We sat there for quite a long time before I had to remind them that it was a birthday and we were just about ready to leave, could they come and sing Happy Birthday. I will never go there again. They only got a 2 star because the waiter was apologizing constantly. If not for that they would get a 1 star.
